CONTRACT -TO- HIRE
Contract-to-hire offers all the benefits of Elite Tech Solute Consultant Employees while also providing a trial period for the client and consultant to evaluate whether a permanent partnership is the right fit. The conversion to full-time hire to the client will be dependent upon the Elite Tech Solute Consultant employees’ culture fit and overall performance, along with other factors. Contract-to-hire roles are excellent opportunities to experience what it’s like to work for that client before joining the team. Consultants will be hired and will work as Elite Tech Solute Employees to start the project while under the assumption that the client intends to convert them to a full-time employee within their company. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door and showcase your skills.
FULL-TIME DIRECT HIRE FOR CLIENT
A full-time employee can optimize a client’s team, but finding the right fit for a permanent role can be challenging. Our recruiting expertise allows us to service a variety of roles at all levels in various industries. We assist during the sourcing, screening and interviewing phases, and then help to make the direct hire offer based on the Client’s processes. We source high-quality Candidates who fulfill requirements and fit our client’s company culture, increasing retention. While we assist in the recruiting process, the new hire will be targeted for full-time employment with the client.
